In return we keep your system running: JTL Wawi and WMS, your shop (Shopware, JTL Shop, Shopify, WooCommerce or PrestaShop), the marketplaces, shipping and the server. Smaller changes are covered by your hours, and the hourly rate is lower than for one-off jobs. Plans start at 99 euros a month.

Unused hours do not expire. They stay on your account until you need them.
Bigger jobs such as a version upgrade, a redesign or a migration can either run on your plan hours or be booked at a fixed price. You decide what suits you better.
Every hour is logged in a ticket. At the end of the month you see where it went.
